Product Information

  Description:

Rabbit polyclonal antibody

  Background:

Plant lipoxygenases may be involved in a number of diverse aspects of plant physiology including growth and development, pest resistance, and senescence or responses to wounding. LOX2 (lipoxygenase 2) is a key enzyme in the JA biosynthetic pathway, and thereby regulates JA homeostasis in senescing leaves.
