Background:	Mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase complex is also called respiratory Complex II and it is an enzyme complex found in the inner mitochondrial membrane of eukaryotes. Succinate dehydrogenase complex catalyzes the oxidation of succinate to fumarate with the reduction of ubiquinone to ubiquinol. In Arabidopsis mitochondria, succinate dehydrogenase complex contains 8 subunits from SDH1-SDH8. SDH1 is encoded by AT5G66760.

Application Example

Lane 1: 10 μg mitochondria protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf.
Electrophoresis:10% SDS-PAGE
Transfer: blotting to NC (nitrocellulose) membrane for 1h.
Blocking: 5% skim milk at RT or 4℃ for 1h.
Primary antibody: 1:1000 dilution overnight at 4℃.
Secondary antibody: 1:10000 dilution using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (Cat# PHY6000)
Detection: using chemiluminescence substrate and image were captured with CCD camera.
